Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to manage the full inbound-to-outbound logistics process, including import coordination, customs clearance, 3PL warehouse operations, and outbound shipments to retail. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in 3PL logistics and preferably a background in purchasing or procurement.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring products move efficiently from global suppliers to retailers in Korea.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics & 3PL Operations (including inbound & outbound):

o    Coordinate product import and export activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

o    Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL partners to track shipments and proactively resolve delays or exceptions in coordination with internal and external teams.

o    Oversee 3PL warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and outbound shipments to stores.

o    Monitor key warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time delivery (OTD), and error rates.

o    Identify opportunities to improve logistics performance and reduce costs.

• Cost Management & Reporting:

o    Track and analyze logistics costs, including freight, warehousing, and customs-related expenses.

o    Prepare regular KPI and cost performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.

o    Recommend cost optimization strategies and process improvements based on analysis.

• Product Certification & Compliance:

o    Manage all required product certifications, including KC, EMC, battery transport regulations, and other local safety approvals.

o    Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure product specifications meet certification requirements from early development stages.

o    Coordinate with certification agencies, testing labs, and vendors to secure timely approvals.

o    Maintain organized certification records and ensure all products are fully compliant before sale in the Korean market.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A proactive, self-driven mindset, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
• cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with internal teams such as product, sales, and operations.
• Minimum 5 – 7  years of experience in import operations, customs clearance, and 3PL logistics
• Experience with product safety certifications (e.g., KC, EMC, etc.)
• Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics, from global sourcing to retail delivery
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP/WMS platforms, and shipment tracking tools
